An Advertiser from the University of Jorge Tadeo Lozano. His career began as a creative design intern at SSA BATES for a year.
Then he joined Leo Burnett where he worked for nine years and advanced through the various stages from junior creative and on to creative director.
There he created campaigns recognized at major ad festivals worldwide, including Cannes, London Festival, New York Festival, Clio Awards, FIAP and the Iberoamerica Eye
While at Burnett, Rocha lent his support on various network projects and headed programs in the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Venezuela and Mexico. In 2007, he worked at Leo Burnett Headquarters in Chicago.
He has been a judge on several occasions at major advertising festivals, such as the New York Festival, FIAP, Wave, Eye of Latin America, Nova and
Slide-Young Lions Prix.
Throughout his career, he worked for renowned companies such as McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Johnnie Walker, Sab Miller, Procter & Gamble, Kellogg's, Toyota, Honda, Bolivar Insurance, Homecenter, Telefonica, Movistar, the Office of the President and Bancolombia.
In 2009, he was among the 12 Iberoamerican Creative Revelation Designers chosen, and that same year, he received the title of best Creative Designer in Colombia. He served as Executive Creative Director of DDB Colombia until September 2012.
In 2011, he was chosen among the top 15 Latin American creative directors.
For the last year and a half, he has been spearheading the creative process at Y&R as Creative Vice President at Young & Rubicam Brands, Colombia and in this short time, the agency took 5th place among the best agencies in Latin America in the FIAP 2012, and is part of a network of the 3 best creative design departments in the region.
