Papon’s 20+year career development took off by 2000 when he was hired to launch BBDO Argentina and in 2001 was appointed Young Creative to represent his country. It was in his role as Chief Creative Officer for McCann Latin America that he was able to deploy a transformational strategy to position the Buenos Aires subsidiary in the top 3 of the corporate network.
Papon’s work as Creative Director and ECD has been praised and awarded both at major national & international festivals as well as selected to act as Jury in as many renowned events, including recognition at Cannes Lions, Clio, D & AD, One Show, Art Director NY, Gunn Report, NY Festival, London award, Sol iberomerica, Wave Festival in Rio, Montreux, Ojos de Iberoamerica, FIAP, Círculo de Creativos Argentinos, Clarin, Lápiz de Platino, Martin Fierro. By 2008 Papon Ricciarelli launched his own creative communication agency, and has been providing comprehensive communication solutions to clients such as Reebok, Cablevision, Fibertel, Playboy TV, Venus, Olympikus, Ryder, Ipanema, Mapa Virulana, Grupo Solanas, Colgate Palmollive, Clarin Global.
DON was born out of the certainty that people, objects and brands hold a gift, and from the truthful conviction that the time- a scarcer resource than talent- to listen, understand, think and elaborate ideas that will make their gift shine and stand out.
